Hunstanton is easy to get around we only used the car to get there and come back. I was disappointed when I saw Bingo advertised on an Amusement Arcade in Big Lights on the sea front and when I went inside, there was no Bingo.
Ate at the following places Henrys Fish and Chips, The Norfolk Deli Cafe, Northgate Indian Restaurant and the Salad Bowl. Food lovely at all, especially at Henrys. It was busy at Northgate Restaurant, and I felt rushed.
Drank at The Wash and Tope, O'Quigleys Bar who had a singer, everyone was up dancing and the Mariners Inn - all very different from each other.

We paid for an upgrade and there was hardly anyone staying there but were given a small dark room with very dark furniture, not what we had anticipated at all. Attention to detail was good and the place very clean. Wouldn't class the restaurant as fine dining, perhaps caught them at a bad time!! Disappointed all round.

For the time of year enough shops and cafes open. Plenty of places to eat. Lots of open spaces for walking. In height of summer it probably has a different feel. For late autumn a really slow gentle pace.

Hunstanton is a good seaside town, it's clean there's a funfair for kids, best fish and chips for mile's, there's not lots of shops but kings Lynn is just a few minutes away. The beaches are clean and a good base to visit surrounding areas.
Lovely, dog friendly, holiday home, spotlessly clean. Quiet location less than 5 minutes from a beach where dogs are allowed off lead all year round and 15/20 minutes walk from Hunstanton town centre.
Patio back garden, enclosed by 6 foot fence so dogs cannot escape. Nice porch in front with small table and 2 chairs.
Really comfortable bed and very effective duvet.
Great communication before booking, and up to arrival, secure key lock entry.
Enjoyed a very peaceful break.
The hotel was great for a few nights in Hunstanton. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We chose the continental breakfast option and, although there was nothing outstanding, it was excellent value with a good choice of cereals as well as toast and pastries/ muffins. On arrival, the staff were able to advise us about parking and at breakfast staff were helpful as wellas offering us full refreshment of the room catering.
Very good understanding and accommodating for a child with special needs. Good breakfast choices. Well managed. I must say we stayed at the largest hotel in Hunstanton two years ago and it was appalling, unclean and unfriendly. Only because of that have we considered booking Bed & Breakfast/guest house venues instead. This experience has converted us!
Location of this property is perfect, 10 minutes walk away from the sandy lovely beache and lighthouse, 5 minutes walk away from the greens sea front and 10 minutes walk away from the fun fair and Hunstanton center. Very clean facilities, kitchen has everything you need to make the perfect breakfast and a very warm welcoming and reachable owner.
Lovely friendly owner and a lovely hotel very homeley I had the balcony window room I even booked again the next room beds were really comfy and it is very beautiful shame I packed all summer clothes as it is very breezy but got a good tan and the Hunstanton locals all say hello which I think is really good in my opinion

Attractive old hotel in a good position, very pleasant and helpful staff. Room decent size with great view, comfortable bed. Breakfast plentiful - full English if wanted. Quite a good choice of evening meals, nicely cooked. There was a pleasant garden and a guest car park.
Great location for walks along the coastline.
Hosts were lovely and did excellent breakfasts not just a decent full English.
The lodge was plenty warm enough for us as my wife doesn't do cold .
Overall a terrific weekend away in Hunstanton.
It is a dog friendly hotel and the house keeper is a very nice lady, who is happy to help. My dog was welcome with two taste biscuits and a comfy bed as well as her very own warm cosy blanket.
The interior is wonderfully designed
Our stay here was a birthday gift , we was so happy with everything about the hotel and also the show we saw at the theatre. We will defy e coming back and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who stays in Hunstanton.
